Call for Nominations to the Regina Community Clinic Board of Directors
Community Health Services Association (Regina) Limited invites nominations for the position of Director.
Nominees must meet the qualifications and requirements specified in the Association’s by-laws.

Preferred Competencies and/or Experience:
*Knowledge of and Experience within the Saskatchewan Health Sector
*Financial Literacy
*Strategic Vision, Analysis, Implementation and Long-Term Planning Skills
*Risk Oversight
*Previous Board Experience
*Working Knowledge of the Co-operative Model and Democratic Environment
*Fundraising for Not For Profit Organizations
*Knowledge of and Experience of Lobbying and Advocacy
*Flexibility and Independent Thinking
*Teamwork in Decision Making and Problem Solving
*Time Commitment
*Functional Knowledge or expertise in Governance, Technology/IT, Legal, Human Resources, Marketing, and Organizational Management
Directors will be elected by members at the Annual General Meeting on June 11, 2025.
Community Health Services Association (Regina) Limited is a not for profit charitable health care co-operative that governs the Regina Community Clinic. The clinic was founded in 1962, upon co-operative values and operates within the co-operative model. The Regina Community Clinic is a distinct health care entity which provides integrated and wholistic primary healthcare, social and educational services to the Regina community. The Association welcomes all interested individuals.
