As a co-operative, members have input into the direction of the clinic.
We offer a lifetime membership for the cost of $10 per person (single membership) or $20 per family. *Eligible applicants must be a minimum of 18 years old.*
Application Process: All applications are reviewed and vetted by our Board of Directors. A list of prospective members is submitted at every Board meeting which meets quarterly. We have a high volume of applications and do our best to notify members of their accpetance after each quarterly meeting. We thank you and appreciate your patience.
