As a co-operative, members have input into the direction of the clinic.
We offer a lifetime membership for the cost of $10 per person (single membership) or $20 per family. *Eligible applicants must be a minimum of 18 years old.*
Application Process: All applications are reviewed and vetted by our Board of Directors. A list of prospective members is submitted at every Board meeting which meets quarterly. We have a high volume of applications and do our best to notify members of their accpetance after each quarterly meeting. We thank you and appreciate your patience. This lifetime membership gives you the privilege to:
- Vote at our Annual General Meeting
- Run for our Board of Directors
- Be eligible to run for our committees
