Brain health matters at every age.
What does current research tell us about keeping our brains healthy as we grow older — and what can we do in our everyday lives to support brain health and well-being?
Join Regina Community Clinic for Brain Health with Dr. Holly Bardutz, PhD, Director of the Brain Health & Wellness Lab at the University of Regina.
Dr. Bardutz will share practical, research-informed information about brain health and aging, followed by a moderated conversation and audience Q&A.
